this date of  Do hereby consign the below described property to Maverick Motor Cars, LLC.  This consignment agreement does not include the cost of any reconditioning or advertising to make the vehicle marketable.

I hereby authorize Maverick Motor Cars, LLC to sell for me the above described property.  I will pay Maverick Motor Cars, LLC 6% of the sale price or $2500.00 whichever is higher as their commission for the sale.

I certify that the vehicle that I am consigning is free of all defects except those noted below, and also certify that the consigned motorcar has never been involved in an accident, has no frame damage, no break contamination and meets all federal emissions and safety standards.

I agree to keep my car fully insured while on consignment and hold Maverick Motor Cars, LLC harmless for any damage to same said motorcar while on consignment.
